Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney. First, I’m sorry your husband is not feeling well! I hope he feels better soon and you can enjoy a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation before too long.

Since your vacation is scheduled to begin tomorrow, I recommend you contact the Disney Reservation Center for assistance (407-934-7639) so that a Cast Member can quickly assist you with the specifics of your theme park admission ticket and Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation and cancellation.

Jennifer, if you have any Enchanting Extras Collection reservations, you will want to call the number provided on your reservation confirmation since many have 2-day cancellation policies. If you have dining reservations, remember to check the cancellation policies for each venue since some can be canceled online in your My Disney Experience account, while others require speaking with a Cast Member at (407) 824-1391. It is always helpful to cancel your Theme Park Reservations, which you can do online and in the My Disney Experience app.
