Which Disney resort is better suited for guests with mobility issues? looking to stay on the resort with food options within walking distance. Thank you!

    Hiya, Vanessa!

I'm so thrilled to welcome you to planDisney! It sounds like you're just beginning to plan your Walt Disney World vacation...how exciting! This is such a fun stage of the process, when you get to dream, explore all the possibilities, and start imagining all the memories you'll soon be making. One of those possibilities is finding the perfect Disney Resort for your stay. Let's explore some options to help you find the best fit!

First, you'll want to decide whether a Value, Moderate, or Deluxe Resort best fits your budget and vacation style. The great news is that no matter which you choose, every Disney Resort is fully accessible for Guests with mobility disabilities. You'll also find plenty of tasty dining options. With Quick-Service locations available at all resorts, and relaxing sit-down meals offered at the Moderate and Deluxe Resorts.

Let's start with the Value Resorts! I'm a big fan of Pop Century. It's not only budget-friendly, but it's also packed with fun theming that celebrates pop culture through the decades. Plus, you just can't beat the convenience of the Disney Skyliner, which gives you quick and easy access to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. And when it's time to grab a bite, Everything POP offers a variety of options, perfect for fueling up before or after a park day!

Next up are the Moderate Resorts! Since dining options are important to you, I'd recommend checking out Port Orleans - Riverside or French Quarter. One of the best perks of these sister resorts is that you can enjoy the amenities at both...including all their dining locations! Plus, they offer convenient water taxi transportation to Disney Springs, where you'll find an incredible variety of restaurants to explore.

Finally, let's talk about the Deluxe Resorts! You really can't go wrong with Boardwalk. The dining options are practically endless, and you're just a short boat ride or walk away from EPCOT. On top of that, the charming ambiance and lively atmosphere make it a truly special place to stay.

Vanessa, I hope this helps you narrow down the perfect Disney Resort to call your home away from home during your vacation. If any other questions pop up along the way as you continue to plan your magical getaway, don't hesitate to stop by planDisney again. We're always happy to help!
