Disney rents strollers but there is no way to get kids around hotels, bus, tram. Will we be able to bring own stroller on bus, tram, monorail, etc?

Yes, absolutely. During my stroller-use years, we ALWAYS brought our own strollers to Walt Disney World. You can bring your stroller with you on the Disney transportation. For the monorail and some of the boats, you can just roll your stroller on. For the buses and trams (and the Walt Disney World Railroad), you will have to fold your stroller and carry it onto the bus with you. I have found that other guests are more than willing to give you a hand with getting your gear on board.

Enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World.
