Disneyland has really built up its After Dark events over the years. The limited dates and specialty offerings make attending an After Dark event a hot ticket! Disney fans are always on high alert to mark these events on their calendars.
Historically, the Disney Parks Blog releases a calendar of events in early December. You can check out the
Event Calendar for 2025 as an example. That calendar outlined all the festivals and events coming to the Disneyland Resort in 2025, including the dates of the After Dark events. Last year’s After Dark events included:
* Sweethearts’ Nite
* 90s Nite
* Star Wars Nite
* Pride Nite
* Oogie Boogie Bash
Hopefully, these After Dark events will return in 2026! Who knows, Disneyland might even introduce new themes or bring back a few fan favorites.
If not, you can also continue to check the Disneyland website under
Special Event Tickets. Currently, the events are listed as unavailable, but this is the best place to watch for updates on dates and (just as importantly) when tickets go on sale. As I mentioned, these tickets are usually in high demand, so it’s a good idea to be ready when they’re released. I’d also recommend following
Disneyland’s official Instagram account. That’s where I often see “breaking news” first; including announcements about After Dark dates, ticket sale information, and previews of exclusive food and merchandise.
