Disney redemption card has a zero balance is it still usable to load dollars into it? Or do I need to keep a minimum balance in it?

Hi Annmarie! Welcome to planDisney, thank you for your question!

Don't you just love using your Disney Chase Visa Card? I have been a cardholder for several years now, it's another way to keep the magic of Disney by your side when you are not visiting Walt Disney World Resort! I like to save my Disney Rewards Dollars and add them to my Disney Rewards Redemption Card right before my vacations, and use them for souvenirs. I have also used my Disney Dollars for airfare credit (if you are a Premier cardholder) as well. Annmarie, don't worry about having a zero balance, you can reuse your Redemption card whenever you want!

Have you read about the latest magical offers from Disney Visa Chase? There are cardholder rates at select Disney Resort Hotels at Walt Disney World in early 2023! There are currently offers for Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, and Disneyland Resort as well. Make sure to save up your Disney Rewards Dollars and use them towards souvenirs and merchandise, and use your card at Walt Disney World for discounts on shopping and select dining. Have a magical visit, Annmarie!
