    I have the Disney premier visa. Do we have to order the reward card to use the points at Disney? I was curious as we have some big purchases to make a couple weeks before we go and the reward card would not reflect them. How far in advance?

    Hi Tracey,
    I have a Disney Chase Visa also and yes, you must order a reward card to use your points while at the Walt Disney World Resort. The really neat thing about the Chase system is that once you receive and activate your reward card, you can add points from your statements as you accumulate them if you choose to do so. If your statement posts while you're on vacation, you can go online and transfer your points to your reward card instantly! I would order your reward card today to ensure you will have it to use while on vacation. The cards do take a week or so to process and ship.
