The great news is you can pay for your upcoming Disney vacation with your card, and you'll earn
2% cash-back. Earlier this year, we paid for our Disney Cruise Line vacation using our Disney Premier Visa, and then we were able to use our Rewards Dollars that we earned from that purchase towards our summer trip to Walt Disney World Resort.
When it's time to spend your hard-earned Disney Rewards Dollars, you can
request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card at https://disneyrewards.com/how-to-redeem/. Ordering a Disney Redemption Card requires at least 20 Disney Rewards Dollars in your account, and you can reload it anytime, with a minimum of 10 Rewards Dollars.
Once transferred to a Disney Redemption Card,
Disney Reward Dollars can be redeemed at most Disney locations, including Theme Park tickets, Walt Disney World Resort hotel stays, shopping, dining, and more. Your card will be accepted whether you use it in person at the Parks or if you use it online or over the phone (I've even paid for my Annual Pass with it)! I also like to use my Rewards Dollars to pay for a "magical extra" for my family, such as a
Fireworks Dessert Party,
Early Morning Magic, or
renting Sea Raycers at Disney's Contemporary Resort Marina. My kids always look forward to what I'm going to surprise them with each trip!
Also, keep in mind that Premier cardholders get an additional perk that makes the annual fee worthwhile; you can purchase airline tickets with your Disney Premier Visa Card on any airline to any destination, and then pay yourself back by redeeming your Disney Rewards Dollars for a statement credit.
