    I have the Disney Premier Pass that I recently purchased and linked to my account but don't see my memory maker linked. When or how will that show up on the my Disney experience?

    Hi, Beth! I am so glad you stopped by with your question. Congratulations on your Disney Premier Annual Passport! This year, the magic is going to be truly endless for you! There are so many great benefits to holding this type of Disney Annual Pass, but to me, a favorite has to be your ability to download all the Disney PhotoPass photos taken this year.

    Beth, to help clear up the confusion with your account, let's first go over the difference between the Disney PhotoPass Service and Memory Maker. Disney PhotoPass Service is the system used at Disney Parks to take your pictures in the theme parks, on certain attractions, and at some dining locations. Memory Maker allows you to download all of those photos and videos for one price.

    Guests who have purchased the Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus Annual Passes, as well as the Premier Annual Passport, are welcome to go to the Disney PhotoPass website and download all eligible photos linked to their account as many times as they like until the photos expire. You will not see Memory Maker listed in your My Disney Experience account, as purchasing that product is not necessary for the above listed Annual Passholders.

    During each of your vacations, just head to the Disney PhotoPass website or take a look in the Disney PhotoPass section of My Disney Experience mobile app. Your photos will automagically appear there. If you have any problems getting your photos to link, just stop by any Guest Relations location and the Cast Members will be more than happy to assist you.
