What is in the Disney Power Pack that is listed as one of the kids' meal options?

    Hi Valerie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  The Power Pack makes a fantastic, healthy lunch for little ones at Walt Disney World...or I sometimes even grab one to have some healthy snacks on hand for when we're in the theme parks.  The most common version comes with these items:

Dannon Danimals Yogurt, Apple Wedges, Carrot Sticks, Goldfish Crackers, Apple-Cinnamon Snack Bar and a choice of small lowfat Milk or small Dasani Water.

You can also substitute a small fountain drink as the beverage, if you'd like.  There's also a version - Perry's Power Pack - at a couple spots at Epcot, which comes in a fun "Phineas and Ferb" lunch box and includes similar menu items.  You can also find versions of Power Packs at a couple Disney Resort pool bars.

Wishing you delicious dining and a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Valerie!
