On Disney Planning Overload-which is a good thing! :-) Have early dinner ADR at CRT. Would following that up with Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party be too much to take on our a Magical way to end our stay? Thanks So Much!

    Hi Amy,

I love being in Disney planning overload!

While combining Cinderella's Royal Table and the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party in one evening sounds fun, I have a feeling that most of the money you'll be spending on the dessert party will be wasted.  In my experience, the portion sizes at CRT are quite large and the meal itself comes with dessert.

I suppose my answer depends a bit on the timing of events. If your dinner is at 4:30 or 5:00 and the Dessert Party is at 9:00 or 9:30, you may be hungry enough to consume more dessert as a "night cap." But if the dessert party comes less than two hours after dinner, then I'd say skip the party. As much of a dessert fiend as I am, I think I'd feel ill eating so much so quickly.

Whether or not you go to the dessert party, you can still finish off your magical evening by watching the Wishes fireworks presentation. You can do this from anywhere on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom, there's no need have a reserved spot to see the show.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if we can be of additional assistance.
