Does Disney have any perks or traditions for visitors coming to the park on their birthday?

Hi Noel and welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for sending me your question about your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Visiting the parks on your birthday is always a treat! When you arrive, you can always request a complimentary "It's My Birthday" button at a park ticket window, at gift shops and at the front desk of your Disney hotel. Cast members will write your name on the button and wish you a happy birthday!

The best part of wearing the button is that Mickey and his friends always go out of their way to make sure you feel celebrated! So, you're in for a great day filled with special surprises!

If you have plans to dine at a table service restaurant, you can request a special Mickey cake to celebrate. I really like the white chocolate flavor!

Noel, I hope this information is helpful to you as you put those finishing touches on your upcoming trip. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with the details of your next vacation!
