We had Disney passes unfortunately we had to let them expired and now we would maybe get them what I have to make another deposit or can we just get the passe

Welcome to planDisney, Christina, and greetings from a fellow Floridian! I'm also an annual passholder, so I understand why you'd like to reunite with your passholder family. The perks and benefits are, well, magical! Let's see how you can experience the annual pass pixie dust at Walt Disney World Resort.

I'm not sure how far past your expiration date you are, but if you happen to be within 30 days of expiration, I have fabulous news. You can still renew your pass and take advantage of the renewal discount. You can just head to the Annual Passes page and click "Renew Now" near the bottom. You'll be back in the passholder fold before you know it.

I chatted with a passholder specialist who said that if you're more than 30 days past your expiration date, you will purchase a new annual pass as a brand-new transaction. You have four pass levels to choose from, and as a Florida resident, you can opt to make a deposit and pay monthly installments. You can do that online or in person at Guest Relations. My favorite spot to take care of annual pass business is the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs

My last tip is to call the Annual Passholders line to discuss your situation with a Cast Member. They can advise you and help you make the best decision. I have the Disney Pixie Dust Pass which is a weekday-only pass. I love it because weekdays are typically less crowded at the theme parks, and the price is *chef's kiss*!

Christina, I hope to say, "Welcome home!" to you soon! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
