    My Disney pass shows in my iphone wallet but when i try and add to iwatch wallet it says i need a software update. iwatch is 6.3

I love being able to use my Apple Watch or phone as my theme park ticket, Lightning Lane pass, and a host of other fun things. It is super convenient and typically works seamlessly. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues getting yours set up. Hopefully, I can help get you on your way to zipping through your day with nothing but your Apple Watch and a sense of adventure!

    The first thing I always do is make sure that both my Apple Watch and my phone are fully up to date. Disney World regularly pushes updates that optimize the use of new features, so having an out-of-date device can cause issues with your app or wallet use. This is likely the issue you are running into because Disney states that their app is only compatible with Apple Watch devices running on iOS 7.3 and later. This would mean that as it stands, you would need to update to be able to use the current features available. Once everything is up to date, a quick restart of both devices is always a safe bet before you troubleshoot anything else.

    I am glad to hear that you are already planning on using Disney's MagicMobile Service on your upcoming trip. You already know that it can be used for your theme park tickets, but don't forget about all the other fun things you can use it for once you get that Apple Watch updated! You can also use MagicMobile to link PhotoPass photos to your My Disney Experience account. Any time you see a photographer, hop in line and get them to take a magical photo of you in front of an epic backdrop or with your favorite character. They will scan your MagicMobile pass and like magic, the pictures will show up in your My Disney Experience app for download!
