Does the Disney parks in Orlando accept pre-paid visa cards?

Hi, Dionnia! This is a really great question, so I am so glad you stopped by to check in with us! My daughters have received pre-paid Visa cards several times over the years for birthday and Christmas presents. These are really handy cards to have, especially while on vacation. See a must-have character plush that mom refuses to buy because she has already purchased three? Use your magical card! That is pretty much how our shopping adventures go, so our girls love to have those cards in their pockets in case of "plush emergency!"

The following forms of payment are accepted at Walt Disney World Resort:
    *Visa
    *Disney Visa Card
    *MasterCard
    *American Express
    *Discover Card
    *Diners Club Charge Card
    *JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
    *Disney Gift Card
    *Disney Reward Dollars

You can absolutely use a Visa (or similarly branded) pre-paid credit card. They are accepted at merchandise and dining locations just like regular credit cards. However, you will not be able to link one to your MagicBand. If you are a Resort hotel guest and would like to have a payment source linked to your MagicBand, it will need to be a standard credit or debit card.

Thank you for stopping by today and please let us know if we can help you plan more of your upcoming trip. Sending you lots of pixie dust for a magical vacation!
