Hey there, Laurie!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm glad that you and your niece are planning ahead for your Holiday trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth. The Parks will be so beautifully decorated and will instantly put you in the
Holiday spirit!
Your niece is correct in that you may view hotel, dining, and Park reservations in your itinerary once you link them to your Disneyland account (certain Enchanting Extras, such as
Guided Tours, usually only show up for the person who booked the tour). So if you haven't already, go ahead and create a
Disneyland account for yourself. Once you do, hover over the "My Disneyland" pull-down menu on the upper right hand side. It is here where you may link Hotel, Dining, and Theme Park Tickets to your itinerary. Your niece will need to provide the confirmation numbers in order for you to import those plans into your account. For importing hotel reservations, you'll need the last name of the individual who made the booking and your check-in date. Also, be sure to download the
Disneyland Mobile App so you can see your plans on the go and it will make your Park experience much smoother! And don't forget to make your
Park reservations!
I'm excited for you to see the Disneyland Resort all decked out for the Holidays! The Disney Parks Blog just celebrated
Halfway to the Holidays, so be sure to follow them and check out a sampling of what you can expect when you visit. I've discovered that one of my favorite things to do over the Holidays is to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from the
GCH Craftsman Grill while sitting by the fireplace in the Grand Lobby of
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. It hits the spot after a long day at the Parks!
Laurie, I hope that you found this response helpful. I'd love to help you further plan your trip if needed, so feel free to write back to
me or any of my pals at planDisney if you have more questions! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
