Do the Disney parks allow guests to bring in food?

    Dear Katherine,

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

Yes, the Walt Disney World Resort is very amenable to guests bringing their own food in when they come to the Parks! Guests can bring in snacks or food that does not require heating. Guests can't bring in alcohol or hard-sided coolers when they come. It must be a bag or a soft cooler such as a backpack or lunch bag type. You also shouldn't bring in glass containers, but tiny ones like baby food jars are okay!

Do let a Security Cast Member know that you have food or beverages in your bag when you are going through the bag check at the park entrance.

Moms Panel tip - You can pick up ice water from any Quick-Service restaurant, for free! That will help everyone in your party stay cool and hydrated!

    Have a magical time!
