Which Disney park is the best to visit on a rainy day? I have a 4-day park hopper, and one day looks pretty rainy.

Welcome to planDisney, Michele! In just a few days, you'll be headed to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I always say that a rainy day at Disney World is better than a sunny day at work, so even with rain in the forecast, I know you're going to have a magical time!

Michele, the great news about visiting Walt Disney World Resort in the rain is that in all four theme parks, there are many indoor attractions to offer shelter from the storms. My personal top pick for a rainy day would be Magic Kingdom Park because almost every attraction features a covered queue area in addition to the attractions themselves being indoors. In addition, there are a variety of indoor shows that offer an extended reprieve from the weather including Mickey's PhilharMagic (my favorite!), Enchanted Tiki Room, Country Bear Musical Jamboree, and Hall of Presidents! The attractions at Magic Kingdom Park are also in close proximity to one another, making it easier to dash from one to the other!

While Magic Kingdom would be my first choice, I also think that EPCOT is a great choice because of the variety of shows and indoor attractions that you can experience rain or shine. One of my favorite places to spend time at EPCOT while the rain passes is the Land Pavilion which houses the Living with the Land boat ride and Soarin' Around the World; from here, it's a short walk over to SeaBase which houses a state of the art aquarium, Turtle Talk with Crush, and The Seas with Nemo and Friends under one roof. Be sure to visit the manatees while you're there!

Michele, no matter where you land, keep in mind that the weather and forecast can, and often do, change! Magic is waterproof, and you're going to have an amazing time, even in the rain! Just be sure to pack those ponchos and some extra socks! If you have any other questions before your arrival, come on back to planDisney and let us know! We're always here, rain or shine!
