When Disney offers free dining do u have to purchase park tickets with it?

Hi, Annette! Walt Disney World Resort offers great room and package discounts frequently throughout the year. The most delicious of these is certainly the free Disney Dining Plan Special Offer. It's hard to say right now what the qualifications of the next discount will be (and even if any will be offered!), as it changes year to year what resorts, dates, and tickets are included in the offer. However, having followed this popular discount for many years, I know that Guests are always required to purchase park tickets to qualify for the Free Disney Dining offer. Some years, Guests are required to include two-day park tickets in their package, while other years, Guests have needed to purchase two-day park tickets with either the Park Hopper or Water Park & More option included. I wish we could stop by Haunted Mansion to have a word with Madame Leota to know for sure what is coming up for you!

Stay tuned to the Walt Disney World Resort Special Offers page to keep an eye out for a practically perfect special offer. You can also follow the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements regarding upcoming Special Offers. I will be crossing my fingers for you that you find a great offer, Annette! Please let me know if you have any further questions.
