Welcome back, Pam!
Yes!
Disney Cruise Line offers optional
Ground Transfers in all of its home ports. And believe me, that is the way to go, especially in Orlando going to Port Canaveral.
My family and I have used Disney Cruise Line's transfers in many of their home ports and have had fabulous experiences each time. Since Disney offers so much in Orlando, the transfers there are even more special. First of all, my kids adore that the motorcoaches are decorated on the outside to look like it has cruise ship portholes. It's a really fun way to kick off your big cruise vacation! If you're flying in the morning of your cruise, Disney takes care of your luggage, so you can jump straight onto the motorcoach and be off to the port. On the way, you'll be entertained by Disney Cruise Line videos and classic Disney cartoons, making the time simply fly! Letting Disney do the driving really makes the transition from land to sea and back again stress free and super easy, making it worth every penny!
The motorcoaches run all morning, into the early afternoon taking guests from the Orlando International Airport to
Port Canaveral. I'd suggest booking the earliest arriving flight just in case there are any flight delays. Then, as soon as you arrive, you'll make your way to the motorcoach and about an hour later, you'll be arriving at the port. Give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call to add these transfers to your cruise reservation and you'll be all set!
Have fun planning this adventure, Pam!
