Does Disney offer senior citizen any discounts?

    Hello there, Jodie!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question to us! I can certainly appreciate your desire to save money on Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets. Whatever I save tends to go into my churro budget!

I scanned through the current offers and discounts from Disney and I did not see any senior discounts at this time. Even though there is nothing official from Disney, smart vacation planners have found other ways to save on a Disneyland Resort vacation. I have seen organizations such as AAA or AARP and big box stores offer discounts on Disneyland Resort tickets and vacation packages, so you could perform an Internet search on other methods to save. Others have also taken advantage of discounts on Disney Gift Cards, which may all be consolidated at disneygiftcard.com. If you are a Southern California resident, there is also a Southern California Resident Ticket Deal which is quite good!

I see that you are arriving soon to the Happiest Place on Earth. Mickey's Toontown has just re-opened along with the newest attraction: Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway! I think this attraction is absolutely fabulous and it's quickly become one of my favorites. You'll also be able to enjoy the decorations and foods from the Disney100 Celebration going on currently.

Jodie, I hope that was helpful for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out again if you have any more questions for us. We'd be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
