Hi Ms,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question! Shiver me timbers, Ms, you have a real crew you are planning for! I'm sure you are anxious to get your plans underway, so let's get started.
A Disney Cruise Line vacation is perfect for a large group because there is
something for everyone onboard. I love traveling with a group because we can each spend time enjoying whatever floats our boat during the day and then meet up for evening entertainment and dinner.
To
book four or fewer staterooms on the same reservation, go to the
Plan a Cruise tab on the website, select the number of Guests for the first stateroom, and then select Add Another Stateroom for the other three rooms. If you plan to book more than four staterooms, you can
contact a Disney Cruise Line Cast member who can assist you with your booking, and also discuss any discounts that might be available. Generally, group discounts aren't available, but there may be other discounts that apply. You will get the best fare and selection of stateroom options if you book early, so keep that in mind. If you plan to book staterooms separately, you can book online and then call Disney Cruise Line to have your reservations linked so you will hopefully have the same
Rotational Dining time and be seated near each other in the dining rooms.
For large groups, I always recommend using the Chat feature on the free
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Download the app before your cruise so you can use it to keep track of all your plans.
Wi-Fi access is complimentary when using the app, so you and your crew can stay in touch and use the app’s other magical features to make the most of your vacation.
I hope this information will help you and your swashbuckling gang set your compass toward a trip of a lifetime, Ms. Please let us know if you have other questions as you plan.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
