I am going to Disney in October and wanted to know if I can still make dining reservations at the Magic Kingdom during one of the Mickey Not So Scary Halloween parties? Will I need to have a ticket for the party in order to make a reservation?

    Hi Tracy,
Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party-if you've never been, it's so much fun! Dining reservations made during that special event will only be accessible to guests that have a valid ticket to the party.  You might be able to make the reservation in the Advance Dining Reservations system but know that you cannot gain access to restaurants in the Magic Kingdom without party admission.

That said, I can't encourage you enough to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! It's a wonderful night with trick-or-treating, special character meet and greets (they get dressed up too, which is so fun to see), one of the best parades on property, the Boo To You parade, delicious Halloween goodies throughout the park, and my favorite fireworks spectacular, HalloWishes.  You won't regret attending this fantastic special event!

Tracy, I hope you have a magical upcoming visit!

    Best HalloWishes,
    Amy S.
