We are going to Disney on Oct 27th and staying at the Wilderness lodge club level. I was wondering how soon I can request a certain view or location and who do I contact.

Hi Jane! Staying club-level at the Wilderness Lodge is such a treat!  I stayed there on my last trip, and the Itinerary Planning Office for that resort promptly contacted me soon after I made my reservation to see if I needed assistance or had special requests. If you've already heard from them, just tell them your room preference now. (If you're already booked for club-level at the Wilderness Lodge and haven't been contacted, you can email them at  Wilderness.Lodge.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com.) My fellow mom on the Panel, Kathie, always requests a room on the North side facing the Magic Kingdom when she stays at the Wilderness Lodge club-level. I didn't take her advice and request that view for my last stay, and I regretted it -- my friends had a room on that side, and their view was much better than mine!

Hope this helps! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions!
