We will be in Disney from November 2 - 10th, and have a Ohana reservation for 8 at 6 PM on the 9th. Unfortunately, this conflicts with other plans, and we can't attend. Any thoughts on maybe swapping with someone, and is there a way to possibly do it

    Hi Hal,

Your trip will be here in just a few days, and I bet that you're practically BURSTING with excitement and anticipation! Your Disney dreams will be coming true before you know it!

I'm sorry to hear that you won't be able to enjoy your Ohana dinner as you had planned, but I'm sure that you have something else just as magical in store for that evening. If you know someone else who would like to have that reservation, I'd encourage you to get in contact with them. As soon as you cancel your reservation, the table will become available again, and they could refresh their screen and find the dining reservation for their party. Of course, this isn't foolproof. If someone else also happens to be searching for the same restaurant at the same time, or if that pesky Stitch causes a glitch right at that moment, it might not work. It's definitely worth trying, though! I'd suggest trying during an odd time, like very late at night or very early in the morning, Eastern time. If you're trying to find another time to enjoy Ohana during your trip, I'd definitely encourage you to keep checking. Guests' plans change all the time, especially a day or two beforehand, so I'm sending some pixie dust that you'll be able to find exactly what you're looking for!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Hal, and please come back and see us again if we can help with anything else as you're thinking through the details of your trip. I hope that you and all of your fellow Mouseketeers have a truly magical vacation!
