We are going to Disney in November and will be attending the Christmas Party one night. We still plan to attend Magic Kingdom on the other party days, but not stay for the party. Can we make dinner reservations at 5:45 and leave the park after dinner?

    Hi Jenna!

You've picked a great time to visit Walt Disney World! The holiday decorations across all of the theme parks and resorts are so magical. Everywhere you look you'll see a special touch, a small sparkle or a breathtaking display. It really is quite the sight!

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is no exception! I'm glad to hear you plan to include a night at the party during your vacation. The snow on Main Street., U.S.A., the amazing fireworks over Cinderella's Castle, and the special holiday parade make this a must-do event for our family. Be sure to grab some special party treats for me!

And, on your non-party day at Magic Kingdom, your plan sounds great. You'll have no problem enjoying your dinner and then exiting the park. If you haven't picked your dining location yet, I can highly recommend the Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen. Here you'll immerse yourself in the sights, and the tastes, of Adventureland to wrap up your park day.

Enjoy the holidays at Walt Disney World Resort!
