I will be going to Disney in Nov. and staying at Pop Century. I was wondering if there is a Fitness Center that I can use for free while I am there.I know that the Value Resorts do not have a Fitness Center, so can I use one in another resort?

    Hi Suzanne!

Since your Walt Disney World Resort hotel does not have a fitness center, I recommend lacing up and hitting the New Balance Jogging Trail around Disney's Pop Century Resort and crossing over Hourglass Lake on Generation Gap Bridge to Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Each Resort hotel offers about a 1-mile loop, so combining the two Resort hotels can provide a great workout. Even after several laps, the route is still exciting thanks to so many larger-than-life statues, themed landscaping, and stimulating colors. This is really a fun place to exercise outdoors!

The Fitness Centers located at other Walt Disney World Resort hotels are for the exclusive use of registered Guests, but feel free to experience their New Balance Jogging Trails for a change of scenery. I especially enjoy drinking in the sights around Crescent Lake as I run by Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, and Epcot. Then, I like to stop by BoardWalk Bakery for the type of post-run snack that is only acceptable on vacation!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
