    at disney in nov, in room advertisement for free dining in 2011. i booked my trip for 2011, but have been told no free dining. i have the flyer from the room with the codes, yet i cant get anybody to look into the fact it was advertised n not honoring

    Hi, Pat!  There are a few things that may be going on here.  There are several black out dates for the free dining, so the first thing I would look at is to see if your travel dates fall during the black out dates.  The free dining offer also has package minimums - meaning you have to stay a minimum number of nights and have a package with tickets for a minimum number of nights.  Make sure your vacation plans meet the minimum requirements.

    I hope that helps get you started in figuring out why you may not be eligible for the free dining promotion.  It's great when you can take advantage of these special promotions, but I understand how disappointing it might be when you can't!
