    Hi were are going 2 disney over New Years and wondering if theres anything special for New years eve.We will be going with a 16 and 14 year old .Thanks for your help

    Hi Carl and Stacey! Sounds like you're planning the perfect way to ring in the new year with your family.  Walt Disney World over the Christmas holidays is truly a magical place, with theme parks and resorts decorated so beautifully.

    We don't know yet what is being planned for this year, but last year there was a special version of the Illuminations fireworks show at Epcot, the Hollywood Studios had live bands and a dj booth, as well as a special fireworks display just before midnight and the Magic Kingdom also brought in the new year with a special fireworks show.  Restaurants offered special menus, and the Atlantic Dance Hall on the Boardwalk had a New Year's Eve party.

    It's important to know that the parks will be extremely busy that day, so get there early and have a blast!
