We'll be going to Disney when our 3rd is 3 months old. To make formula, is there warm water in the restrooms? Or are they automatic cold water faucets? I like to mix the powder with warm water and not have to go to the baby care center all the time! Thanks

The vast majority of the restroom faucets at WDW dispense water at a constant cool temperature, there is no way for you make the faucet water warm.

As you know, you can get water at the park baby care centers. If you're not in the mood to head to the centers, then you could also get a cup of warm water at a counter service restaurant. They should give you tap water at no charge. Another alternative would be to bring a thermos with you to the parks. You could fill it with warm water in the morning and it should remain warm for most of the day. You can just keep the thermos in your stroller and you'll have easy access to it whenever you want.

Have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World.
