Ahoy, Diane!
Thank you for sailing by with another great question! It sounds like you'll be kicking off the 2020 holiday season with a
Very Merrytime Cruise on the
Disney Magic. My crew cruised out of
Miami around the same time a few yEARs ago and loved getting into the spirit of the season on this festive sailing. It was a unique experience with all the special activities offered, and we enjoyed
Castaway Cay being decked out as well! The photos of us in our beach attire with the nautical-themed holiday decorations were some of my favorites! Another bonus to this particular cruise was we were able to use one of the photos for our Christmas card.
On your Very Merrytime Cruise to the Bahamas, you'll enjoy an evening of swashbuckling fun during the
Pirate Night festivities. Guests of all ages are encouraged to dress up in pirate garb like the Cast, Crew and Disney Characters will do! Games, trivia, parties, and more will be on the lineup for events along with a firework spectacular. This is usually scheduled to begin around 10:00 p.m. and runs for about 30 to 45 minutes with the fireworks being at the very end. This is always subject to change, so you'll want to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard to confirm the exact day and time for your particular sailing.
Diane, I'm so excited you have a holiday cruise to look forward to next yEAR! As you continue to research and plan, we hope you'll keep us in mind if you need any help. We'd love to hEAR from you again soon.
Have a MAGICAL day!
Nancy
