Hi, Kimberley! Memory Maker is a great addition to your vacation plans. I entrust the
Disney PhotoPass photographers with capturing our vacation memories, allowing me to hop in and make those memories alongside my family. Since we usually come home with several hundred Disney PhotoPass pictures, I make sure to get the
Memory Maker enhancement so that we have access to all of the pictures and I do not have to narrow them all down to just a few.
Your Memory Maker purchase will include all pictures taken by everyone in your party. You will just need to make sure they are linked to you in your
My Family & Friends List. Each time the Disney PhotoPass photographer either scans their MagicBand or linked Disney Theme Park Ticket after taking a picture, then it will automagically appear in your Memory Maker. One thing to note is that you will be the only one able to download the pictures. If the other members of your family have My Disney Experience accounts and they open one of the pictures while on their account, then there will be a watermark across the picture. When we have extended family traveling with us, I usually
download all of the pictures and then upload them to a photo sharing website, provide the link to it to my family, and then they can decide with pictures they would like to download.
Disney’s All-Stars Movies Resort is continuing its room refurbishment at this time. The latest update I have seen says that buildings 6-10 are fully complete, while they have begun work in buildings 3 and 4. You could call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and ask the Cast Member to add a request onto your reservation that you would like a refurbished room, but please understand that this is merely a request and cannot be guaranteed. If being in one of the refurbished rooms is your main goal, then I recommend you try to secure a room at
Disney’s Pop Century Resort. This resort has completed refurbishment and features the same type rooms.
Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
