We are going to disney in may 2011. We love fish and chips. What type of fish is used at Yorkshire County Fish and at Rose and Crown? My husband is unfortunately allergic to cod.

Hi Stacia! I love Fish and Chips, too and the Rose & Crown's version is delicious. I really wish your husband could try it, but unfortunately it is made with cod. (Raglan Road at Downtown Disney has Fish and Chips on its menu and I was hoping that would be another option for you, but I called the restaurant and confirmed that they also prepare this dish with cod.) Disney is very good about accommodating food allergies, so it's possible that the chef at Rose & Crown could prepare this dish for your husband with a different type of fish. I recommend that you contact the Special Diets department at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com at least two weeks before your visit to determine if such an accommodation would be possible.
