Fireworks at Magic Kingdom

Is Disney magic kingdom booked out on July 4 2024?

    Hello Dawn! Welcome to planDisney!

I cannot fathom a better time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. As you know, the theme parks put on nightly firework shows throughout the year, but on Independence Day, Disney’s Magic Kingdom and EPOT typically replace Happily Ever After and Luminous The Symphony of Us with patriotic firework shows that make Sam Eagle proud!

As of this answer, Disney’s Magic Kingdom is showing availability on the 4th of July, but that could change instantly. Theme Park Reservations are no longer needed for date-based tickets, but parks can reach capacity. I would suggest purchasing your ticket soon and arriving early to better your chances of being inside the Magic Kingdom on this memorable holiday.

Since you won’t be home enjoying a patriotic cookout at home, head to Casey’s Corner for an all-American hot dog! Or grab a Turkey Leg from Liberty Square Market or Prince Eric’s Village Market. If it’s later in the night, Sleepy Hollow serves Turkey Legs after 9 PM. I couldn’t dream of more American snacks if I tried!

If you have any more vacation planning questions, Dawn, please come back to planDisney!

    See you real soon!
