    Disney Magic cruise in spring '12 with 3 kids 12, 10, 8 --what is your preference for port activity with stingrays-- the stingray city sail & snorkel in Grand Cayman or Castaway Cay Stingray adventure

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  As the Disney Cruise Line Specialist, I'm thrilled you are here! 

    Although, I have not participated in either of these Port Adventures on my cruises, I would recommend trying Castaway Ray's Stingray Adventure on Disney's Private Island of Castaway Cay.  This Port Adventure is unique in that it was created with The Seas with Nemo and Friends at Epcot.  Why is this important?  Well, while your kids are engaged and having fun, they will be learning too!  Another great reason to book this excursion is that Disney's Wildlife Conservation Fund will receive some of the proceeds.  Also, on a safety note, the barbs have been removed from the stringrays, so no stinging allowed!
