I have been to Disney a lot. My question- How do you get the informaton on the free dining? When we stayed at the Restort/Spa, they offered us a free dining meal for the following year, but we would have to buy the time share for the same week next year.

    Denise,

As I am sure you are aware, WDW does not offer the exact same discounts every year.  They can differ significantly year to year, depending upon many different variables.  Discounts also are often only offered to a sub-segment of guests (AAA members, Annual Passholders, Disney Visa holders, etc.).

The best ways that I know of to get information on discounts, such as "free dining" are:
    1) Work with a trusted travel agent that is very experienced with Walt Disney World.  A good WDW travel agent will be aware of all of the discounts, and will let you know of them immediately when they are released.
    2) Research online to look for discounts.  I find that mousesavers.com is one of the most reliable sources -- they even maintain a list of historical discounts offered, so you can get a general sense of when WDW releases discounts and what types of discounts have been offered.

Hope that covers your question.  If not, please send me a follow-up question, and I can try to help further.
