    We will be at Disney the last week of May, 2013. I do not want to make to many meal reservations since I'm not sure what each day will bring. If I do not make reservations will we still be able to get a table at places liike Planet Hollywood or T-Rex?

    Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question, Leigh Ann!  Congratulations on your Walt DIsney World vacation!  I do understand your concern in wanting to make sure you have some flexibility in your vacation itinerary so that you can let the magic happen spontaneously. I usually book at least one table-service meal per day which ensures we have one sit-down meal together and also affords us flexibility as well. Based on my own personal experience, I have been able to get a table at T-REX, A Prehistoric Family Adventure without a prior Advanced Dining Reservation at non-peak times of the day. I believe we arrived around 2-3 p.m. for a late lunch and were able to be seated immediately. We have attempted to do the same at Planet Hollywood in the past around 6:00 p.m. and the wait was over an hour so we decided to dine at a different location. With a family of six which includes four children, it gives me great peace of mind knowing that I have an Advanced Dining Reservation especially at dinner. Two weeks ago, my family visited Walt DIsney World and decided to leave the parks earlier than we had planned due to the cold weather and were able to secure a last minute Advanced Dining Reservation at one of our family favorites, Kona Café located at Disney's Polynesian Resort.
