Hi. We were at Disney last October and we will be going again this September. Are my refillable mugs still good to use? I love this panel, there is so much information here. Thanks

Refillable mugs are a controversial topic. (Who knew?) There is a pretty clear divide between Disney's stated policy on refillable mugs and what many guests actually choose to do.

The rule posted on the beverage dispensers at the resorts states, "Refillable mugs may be used at the resort where they were purchased, during the stay that they were purchased." The rule is that you may not use refillable mugs from previous trips. In practice, you will see many guests who are either unaware of or choose to ignore this rule -- using mugs from previous stays or other resorts. I am a very much a play-by-the-rules girl, but, as Jiminy Cricket says, you can let your conscience be your guide as you decide what to do.
