We have been to Disney the last four years now, we love the whole Disney adventure.  We're leaving the UK in mid June the 16th 2013 and we've been trying to find out what the weather will be like as we normally come over in September

    Hi, Noel!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I completely agree about loving the whole Disney adventure! The weather at Walt Disney World in June is actually quite similar to what you've experienced on past visits during the month of September. The main differences will be in the average monthly rainfall and average daily humidity levels.

Here are some statistics for the Orlando climate in June versus September:

    Average daily temperatures: June - 81 F (27 C); September - 82 F (28 C)
    Average daily highs: June - 91 F (33 C); September - 90 F (32 C)
    Average daily lows: June - 71 F (22 C); September - 73 F (23 C)
    Average daily humidity (%): June - 77; September - 80
Average monthly rainfall (inches): June - 7.4; September - 5.6
Both June and September average 14 days of rain.

So, as you can see, the average temperatures are fairly consistent when comparing the months of June and September. You should, however, be prepared for more rain in June as this is the "rainy season" in Central Florida.

The big difference between visiting Walt Disney World in June versus September is in the overall crowd levels. September is typically a month of very low crowds, whereas in June you can expect very high crowds. If you haven't already made your Advanced Dining Reservations, you'll want to do that immediately since your arrival is just over two months from now. Here's the good news: the advantages of visiting during the summer season are longer park hours and an expanded entertainment schedule (of additional shows, parades and fireworks).

Wishing you a magical vacation, Noel! Please let me know if I can answer any additional questions as you plan your June trip. I'd be very pleased to help!
