    Where do the Disney Kids Runs take place at? For Disney CA? Are they actually in the Parks or just Downtown Disney?

    Hi Aaron!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My little one just participated in his very first runDisney event at this years Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend! Lucky for us, he started walking just a few days before we went, so it was an exciting experience for us!

    While we won't know the course for certain until runDisney releases the Digital Event Guide, historically they have utilized two different courses for the runDisney Kids Races at Disneyland Resort. They have both finished on the stretch of road that runs parallel to Disneyland Drive between the Disneyland Hotel and ESPN Zone. Looking at past Digital Event Guides to give you an idea, the 2017 Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend runDisney Kids Races stretched straight down this road. The other course they have used in the past finishes in the same area, but actually wraps around the ESPN Zone, as shown in the 2016 Digital Event Guide for the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend. While this is subject to change, it is our best indicator of what you can expect for your upcoming runDisney vacation!
