Hi! We will be at Disney in June & have the QS dining plan. We have reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table & Chef Mickey's & plan on 2-3 other table service meals. Would it be wise to switch to the regular dining plan? We have a 7 yr old

    Hi Carlos,

I'm not sure how many days you'll be staying at Walt Disney World for but by looking at your reservations I would definitely think it would be worth you changing from the Quick Service Dining Plan to the regular Disney Dining Plan.

As you probably know the QSDP gives you 2 quick service credits and 2 snacks per nights stay. The DDP gives you 1 table service, 1 quick service and 1 snack per nights stay. As you're dining at Cinderella's Royal Table which requires 2 credits, Chef Mickey's which needs 1 credit and say 2 extra table service meals at 1 credit each that is already 5 table service credits. The price for those will be far greater than the cost to upgrade and also you would have lots of quick service credits left over which you may struggle to use, thus wasting money.

The difference in price between the QSDP and DDP is only about $10 for adults (10 and up) and $2 for children (3-9) so I would definitely upgrade!

Hope that helps and have a great trip,

    Jo
