How does the Disney After Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios work. Do I just by a ticket for the 8:30 to 11:30 time ($125) or do I also have to buy a regular park ticket as well as the after hours ticket? Thanks!

    Hi David,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

The Disney After Hours parties are special events that require separate park admission.  They are wonderful because they are limited admission, which means that you have the chance to access your favorite attractions without the long lines you could experience during the day.  The Disney After Hours at Hollywood Studios offers some wonderful treats as well, including popcorn, ice cream and select bottled beverages as well.  With your Disney After Hours ticket, you can actually enter the park at 7 pm.  You only need that Disney After Hours ticket to access the park after 7 pm.

If you wanted to spend the day in a theme park then the evening at a Disney After Hours party, you would need two tickets-one for the theme park of your choice during the day, then an additional ticket for the Disney After Hours party that evening.

David, I hope I've answered your question.  Come back and see us again with any additional questions and have a fantastic time!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
