Not right now. The Disney Vacation Club did pass a rule that will eventually allow DVC members to have free high speed Internet access in the DVC resorts. But this has not yet taken effect and I have not been able to get a firm date from anyone at Disney. As of March 2008, both high-speed access in the rooms and WiFi in the lobby areas of all the Disney resorts was about $10.00 for 24 contiguous hours of use.

My parents stayed in the Beach Club Villas in February and my dad rigged up some kind of old-fashioned dial-up Internet thing that seemed to work for him. If you're just sending a few emails, maybe that would work for you too. But if you want to do some serious surfing, then you're going to have to pay for it.
