Hello! We are going to Disney. My grandmother is going with. She will not be going on any rides. Just will watch and probably eat with us. Is she required to buy a ticket?

    Hello Justine!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thanks for visiting our site to ask a wonderful question about traveling to Walt Disney World with your grandmother.

Any Guest who plans to enter a Walt Disney World Theme Park would need to purchase Theme Park tickets, even if they don't plan on riding or experiencing many attractions.   I encourage your grandmother to join you.  There are many experiences and shows that don't require a Guest to enter a ride vehicle.    Justine, please check out the Grand Adventures Page on the Walt Disney World website.   It offers great specials and ideas to make multi-generational travel wonderful for all ages.   It could be a great planning resource for your vacation.

Please stop in again anytime.  I love to lend a helping hand every chance I get.

    Dream as Dreamers Do,
