Can Disney Gift Cards be used to BOOK cruise?

Welcome aboard, Suzann! You must be looking into booking a cruise with Disney for your family! Believe me, you will be so happy that you did when you are onboard the ship, spending quality time with the whole family! Disney really knows how to do it right!

My family pays for our Disney cruises with Disney Gift Cards quite often! We've booked both directly through Disney Cruise Line and through a travel agent. Both times, we've been able to book the cruise by putting down a deposit (Disney Gift Cards accepted), and then paying it off slowly by adding more Disney Gift Cards to the account or by simply paying it off with a credit card.

Just give your travel agent or the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at 800-951-3532. They'll be happy to take your Disney Gift Cards as full or partial payments. In fact, since our local grocery store, Kroger, offers fuel rewards to help us save money of gas fill-ups when we buy gift cards, we try to pay with Disney Gift Cards often when we cruise. We wait until our store offers triple or quadruple fuel rewards, then stock up on Disney Gift Cards to pay off the cruise and to have money to put toward our onboard stateroom account. Then, we save on our car gas fill-ups while we save for our cruise! It's a win-win!

    Have fun planning, Suzann!
