Can you use Disney Gift cards at the small walk up stations to buy food and drinks at Disney Flower and Garden Festival? Also, can they be added to magic bands or do you need to carry them with you? Thanks

Hi there, Melissa! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you stopping back by and allowing us to help you plan another trip to Walt Disney World Resort!

What do blooming flowers, gorgeous weather, and the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival all have in common? They are all perfect signs of the beginning of the spring season at Walt Disney World Resort! Guests visiting during the spring of 2020 will have the opportunity to experience live musical performances as a part of the Garden Rocks Concert Series, tour unique exhibits and specially curated gardens, and sample delicious eats at the event-exclusive outdoor kitchens!

Guests are welcome to use Disney Gift Cards at any of the outdoor kitchens during the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! You can do this by bringing your Disney Gift Card with you and using it as you would any other debit card form of payment. If you would like to avoid carrying your Disney Gift Card with you, though, you can employ a strategy I've had luck with in the past! Generally, I will charge my purchases to my MagicBand throughout my time in the parks. Once I'm finished for the day, I simply visit the front desk at my Disney Resort hotel and ask to pay my balance with a Disney Gift Card. This way, I don't have to worry about keeping up with any cards during my time in the parks and can spend more time enjoying the tasty food available at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival!

I hope these tips will help you enjoy your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort this upcoming spring!
