Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nathan! As a frequent visitor to Walt Disney World Resort, I love using
Disney Gift Cards as a method of payment while on vacation. My mother in law is thrilled that she no longer needs to worry about picking out the perfect sweater for my birthday or Christmas because Disney Gift Cards are one size fits all!
I'm happy to report that you can use a Disney Gift Card most on purchases in the parks and at the resorts, such as dining (including gratuities), merchandise, and
Senses Spa services. The only thing you cannot use a Disney Gift Card for is those items that are cash only, including balloons and light up toys before the parades that are sold from carts in the parks. Target and Disney Stores are great places to buy your gift cards, but they can also be conveniently purchased online at shopDisney.com. Here's a Moms Panel tip: If you're like me and have multiple Disney Gift Cards, you can combine them on DisneyGiftCard.com. The first step is to set up an account. Once you've entered all your cards into the system on the "Manage Cards" screen, you'll be asked to designate which card will be your "primary card." I find this to be much easier than carrying a stack of cards with me to the parks!
I hope this helps, Nathan. I'm also excited for you to dine at
Boma! I'm a big fan of the French Toast Bread Pudding served at breakfast, and of course, the soups at the dinnertime buffet are legendary. Save some room for those Zebra Domes, however!
