    Can you use Disney gift cards anywhere at Disney, or are there restrictions? Thinking about purchasing some to use for dining, and snacks. Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer!

    I love using Disney Gift Cards when we visit Walt Disney World Resort. According to the official DisneyGiftCard.com website, "The Disney Gift Card can be used...at Disney owned and operated merchandise, dining and recreation locations where credit cards are currently accepted. Some carts, and other outdoor Merchandise vendors may not be able to accept the gift card."

    During our family's most recent visit, Disney Gift Cards were basically the only form of payment we used at the theme parks and at our Disney Resort hotel. I never had any trouble using our gift cards to pay for meals or snacks. I hope this helps you with your planning.
