    i want to use the 'disney gift card' as payment in several restaurants in the parks -- donalds safari breakfast, lunch at hollywood & vine with playhouse disney characters, dinner at chef mickeys, do they all accept the giftcard as payment? than

    The vast majority of shops and restaurants at WDW, including all those you've mentioned, accept the Disney Gift Card as payment. I have often used Gift Cards to pay for meals at Walt Disney World. This is very easy to do and a great way to keep track of your spending.
