Yes! You can absolutely use a Disney Gift Card to pay for a meal at the Garden Grill. You sound like you have a wonderful budgeting idea.

The Garden Grill is one of my favorites. I LOVE that some of the vegetables served here are grown right there in the Land pavilion. So fresh!
