How exciting you are visiting Walt DIsney World for the first time in January, Kali! You are going to love the Disney DIning Plan! I love to "dine around the world" and enjoy recommending dining locations for others as well! My favorite restaurant at Walt DIsney World is 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort. This all-you-care-to-eat dining location features a polynesian-inspired menu where the delicious dishes are served family-style. My children love the live entertainment, coconut-broom races, and limbo. Another fun dining location is Whispering Canyon Café located at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. This dining location features western theming and serves hearty American dishes. My twins love playing at the Lincoln Log table before being seated and they enjoy the pony stick races at this rowdy restaurant. T-REX Café and Rainforest Café are two family favorites located in Downtown Disney that offer themed settings with life-size animatronic animals. Rainforest Cafe has a second location in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. In Epcot, consider dining at Teppan Edo in the Japan Pavilion where Teppan chefs cook right at your table.

Cinderella's Royal Table is an excellent choice for your daughter's special day! There are also many other Character Dining Experiences that you may want to experience during your trip.I would recommend Chef Mickey's located at Disney's Contemporary Resort featuring the "Fab 5" and 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast located at Disney's Polynesian Resort which features Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto.Guests may begin making Advanced DIning Reservations for all table-service meals 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by going online here. I am out of room for my answer, but please feel free to write me back with any additional questions. I would love to assist you in the planning of a magical first trip, Kali!
